2022
Founded in March 2022, Rivière Constructions emerged from the challenges faced during our Rivière by Aria, Kangaroo Point project. Despite facing adversity, we ensured that all subcontractors and suppliers were not financially burdened through the insolvency of the incumbent contractor. We successfully transitioned and resumed construction on this award-winning project, showcasing our resilience and commitment to excellence.

Rivière by Aria - Rivière Constructions namesake - completes in late 2023. The success of the team approach with our subcontractors and suppliers on Rivière resulted in Rivière Constructions being awarded winner of the 2023 UDIA Queensland Award for Construction Excellence.

Construction commences at Casamia and Lucerna by Aria. Located in West End, these two projects form part of Aria's boutique collection which Rivière Constructions is proud to be building. As a part of delivering these projects, we have built our team around hiring not only those with the right skills and experience, but the ability to integrate with our Rivière Constructions team.

Following the successful launch and sellout at Cliff by Aria. Rivière Constructions commences early works 3-months ahead of schedule. At Aria, it is often about the small thoughtful touches which make a project truly special, and Rivière Constructions are playing part with the request to retain rock from excavation. This rock will form part of Cliff at completion creating a unique and lasting connection to the site's origins.
